Cancellation
In case of cancellation, within 30 days of arrival. the deposit will be returned. After 30 days of arrival it can be reused for another stay within 1 year. While by 10 days before arrival the deposit will be retained.
We wish that it never happens, but sometimes it can occur to have an unexpected event, for this reason we advise you to take travel insurance.
