Prices

The above-mentioned rates are per week, from Saturday to Saturday, and include rent of our apartments.

The apartments are available as of 4 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure
Booking with a deposit of 30% (for lower fees the deposit is of 50%, minimum 150/200 Euro)
Balance to be paid upon arrival
Deposit of 150 Euros (if requested)
NT = Flat withuot a terrace

The first supply of bed and bathroom linen are included in the price (the second dupply is upon request and payment)

TOURIST TAX - € 2,00 per day per person (only adults) for 5 consecutive nights

* Air Conditioning
* Wireless Internet
* Parking at 400 meters
* Bicycles
* Safety deposit box
* Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils
* Bathroom with a shower cubicle and hair drier
* Satellite TV in all the rooms, two-room apartments 2 TVs, three-room apartments 3 TVs
* Blankets and bedspreads

Supplements:
* Final cleaning of the Studio apartments 80 Euro (mandatory)
* Final cleaning of the two-room and three-room apartments 80 Euro (mandatory)
* Bed linen (upon request) – 5 Euro per person per change, the set comprises a bath towel, a medium-sized and a small towel
* Mid-week cleaning (upon request, price to be agreed on)
* Extra bed 52 Euro per week, only in the studio apartments and in the three-room apartment for children over 6 years old.

Reductions:
* For children under 6 years old, there is no charge for the extra bed.

The rates indicated in this price list may vary depending on demand. However, the quotation sent will be considered binding once confirmed
 

Daily cost Euro 30/50 per person (stay of 3 days minimum) – Excluding Holidays –

For winter stays prices are valid from 15th September to 15th May.
